Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all rentals and services provided by Nashville Golf Rentals. By placing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Minimum Order
Due to the nature of large-scale delivery and event logistics, a minimum order requirement applies.

Reservations and Payment
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. Reservations are secured only after payment is received. Final payment details will be provided in your invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change.Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, excluding processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may incur partial charges based on preparation and logistics already completed.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the best available solution.

Delivery and Setup
All equipment is delivered, set up, and collected by our team. Delivery timing and logistics are arranged in advance.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the location is accessible and suitable for setup.

Equipment Use and Responsibility
All equipment must be used appropriately and only for its intended purpose.

The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including any:
Loss
Theft
Damage beyond normal use

Additional charges may apply for damaged or missing items.

Weather and Event Changes
Outdoor events may be affected by weather or schedule changes. Please contact us as early as possible if adjustments are needed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability
Nashville Golf Rentals is not responsible for: Injuries or accidents related to the use of rental equipment. Delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or venue restrictions

Agreement
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
